(May-Labor Day) ☆BEDROOMS: The main level has a King bedroom, the second level has a King ensuite bedroom. There is a Queen sofa bed in the game room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, nightstands and flat-screen smart TVs. ☆ BATHROOMS: There are 2 bathrooms spread throughout the home to make it easy for guests on every level to unwind from a busy day. The main story bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. ☆KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM: The family kitchen has all new appliances and plenty of counter space. The open-concept layout allows multiple guests to use the space without feeling cramped or crowded. The refrigerator provide plenty of space to store your family’s groceries. Take advantage of the crock pot, toaster, blender, coffee maker and other appliances needed as well as a dishwasher. The living room is designed to bring everyone together with comfortable couches in front of the flat-screen TV. The electric fireplace is a focal point of the room and adds a warm glow to the space on cool evenings. The living room is surrounded by windows and gets a lot of sunshine in the afternoons. ☆LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are on the main floor. ☆RESORT POOL: Open from mid May to Labor Day and free for all our guests. You need the lanyard and access tags hanging by the door! About a 5 minute walk from the cabin or a 1 minute drive. There’s a large parking lot in front of the pool available. Note: the neighborhood can close the pool at any time without warning for cleanings or servicing the pool. Guests won’t be able to access the pool during that time. While this happens rarely, we cannot guaruntee that you will have full access at all times during your stay. ☆HOT TUB: Step out onto the spacious outdoor deck and soak in the beautiful natural surroundings from the hot tub. With plenty of space to unwind and breathe in the fresh mountain air, you'll feel rejuvenated and refreshed. ☆BBQ GRILL: The private grill invites you to BBQ outdoors and enjoy the fresh air with the whole family over a meal - just remember to bring some charcoal. ☆BABY GEAR: Need baby gear during your stay? There is more info in the Guidebook! ☆PETS: We love that you can bring your fur baby on vacation with you. There is a pet fee due at time of booking. We allow for one dog up to 75 pounds. Under no circumstances are they allowed on furniture, in the hot tub or at the resort pool. They must be crated when you are enjoying your day out of the cabin.
