Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at Walmart Supermarket near the cabin. From here, you’re just a short drive from local grocery stores, retail shops, and some of Blue Ridge's most popular attractions. Designed with traveling families in mind, this five-star cabin is the best way to experience the area. ☆NUMBER OF GUESTS☆ MAXIMUM of 4 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation. ☆ENTRY☆ The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. ☆KITCHEN☆ Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, InstantPot, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, Keurig coffee maker. ☆LAUNDRY☆ Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. ☆REFUNDS☆ No refunds for weather will be given. We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters. ☆PETS☆ You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. Under no circumstances are they allowed on furniture. They must be crated when you are enjoying your day out of the cabin. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees. ☆PRIVATE PARKING☆ Park immediately beside the cabin. Flat parking for up to 3 cars. No steep roads. It is a gravel driveway. Note: this is not a secluded cabin. There are quiet neighbors about 75 yards away to the right. Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property. Power outages can occur in the mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours. There are flashlights and portable lanterns available if needed in the closet with the washer/dryer. ★ Water supply is solely from a private well. It's safe to drink but we suggest bringing bottled water. -Please be aware that during certain, unspecific times of the year, the well can yield less water than normal. Please practice water conservation to avoid loss of water.
